Living in Memorial
What to know about Memorial
Memorial runs along Interstate 10 and Buffalo Bayou on Houston’s west side. It is known for wooded streets, generous lots and some of the most sought-after schools in the city, all within a short drive of downtown, the Galleria and the Energy Corridor.
The area includes the Memorial Villages, a group of small independent cities like Bunker Hill, Hedwig, Hunters Creek, Piney Point and Spring Valley, plus established Houston neighborhoods on either side. Michael knows these streets well, and his favorite way to clear his head is a long run through Memorial Park.
